MUSKITA Aluminium Industries sponsors the 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO Half Marathon Race

Staying true to the company’s CSR initiatives, MUSKITA Aluminium Industries, is the sponsor of the MUSKITA Half Marathon race at the 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO.

During the two days 19-20 March 2022, the OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO returns, and with it comes to life the MUSKITA Half Marathon Race, which will take place on March 20th, 2022, starting at 07:45 am. It is a 21 km flat route, with the longest distance covering the Limassol coastal road.

MUSKITA’s support for the 14th Limassol Marathon goes beyond the Half Marathon route and also includes the innovative environmental action Go Blue by MUSKITA.

The Go Blue project is an evolution of the Going Green campaign. 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO

The 14th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO expects to host thousands of runners from Cyprus and abroad during the weekend, 19th and 20th of March 2022, with an intense racing program with 6 different routes, suitable for all ages. 

On Saturday, March 19, the Primetel Corporate 5KM race will take place, which allows teams and companies from all over Cyprus to test their limits.  On the same day, hundreds of children look forward to participating in Andrey & Julia Dashin's Foundation 1KM Youth Race. On Sunday, March 20, high-level athletes from all over the world will race in the OPAP 42 KM Marathon, the MUSKITA 21 KM Half Marathon, the Petrolina 10KM Race and the Medochemie 5KM Race.

Furthermore, the Limassol Marathon proudly gives back to its community supporting more than 40 charities since 2018, and collecting more than sixty thousand euros in donations.
