Muskita is seeking to recruit a talented Regional Sales Manager who thrives in a fast- paced, dynamic environment to join our Sales team in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Limassol Sales team and daily coordination and supervision of the Limassol Sales Department
- Receiving and processing incoming inquiries from customers
- Visiting customers to promote and advise on aluminium systems and products
- Design and implement a business plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures its presence in the market
- Coordinate and monitor the order and delivery process
- Searching for new projects and expanding the network of associates and customers
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends
- Creating and promoting long term-relationships with associates & customers through the process of identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher Education Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Very good negotiation abilities
- Managerial and multitasking skills
- Ability to accomplish set goals
- Excellent knowledge of computers skills
- Very good command of Greek and English language
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professionalism and character integrity
- Engineering/technical skills will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a construction industry will be considered an advantage
