Muskita Aluminium Industries Ltd. (hereafter: “Muskita”) operates an online portal for the fabricators of Muskita products and architects, engineers and other specialists who require Muskita product information (hereafter referred to as “users”).

This online portal provides users with Muskita catalogues, product information, databases and various software tools for the purpose of facilitating work with Muskita.

Muskita enables the user, to gain access to the online portal via the address www.muskita.com.cy and to use it on the basis of these Terms of Use.

This Terms of Use (together with the documents referred to in it) describes the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.muskita.com.cy, as a guest and a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site and applies to all content, software and/or databases made available by Muskita via the online portal.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.

To use Muskita’s online portal, you are required to make a request. Upon submission of the request, you declare yourself in agreement with the validity of these terms of use. .

We will examine your request. If the request is satisfied, you will receive a message that access has been granted and may be used by you.

The data accessed must be treated in a strictly confidential manner and must not be passed on to third parties. In the event that third parties gain knowledge about the data, Muskita must be informed immediately.

Muskita is entitled to block access if the user password has been entered incorrectly three times, or if the user has not been active in six months.

The user is, entitled to use content, software and/or databases from the online portal for the purpose of facilitating the work with Muskita products. Any other use beyond that stated above is prohibited.

Muskita exclusively owns all rights relating to content, databases and software available on our site. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

Muskita shall transfer to the user the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content and/or databases available online within the framework stated above. Every act of copying, saving to files, or storage media of any kind and/or passing on of the databases and/or content, with the exception of the intermediate storage onto the main memory or hard drive of the user, which is technically required during the normal retrieval process, is not permitted without the express consent of Muskita.

You are responsible for ensuring that third parties do not gain access to the databases and/or content. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at info@muskita.com.cy.

The content, databases and/or software must not be sold, leased, sub-licensed or otherwise made available to third parties in return for payment, or otherwise put to commercial use. A violation of these provisions will entitle Muskita to cancellation without notice and shall result in the obligation to provide compensation, among other obligations; furthermore, a violation of this kind may also be punishable by law.

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
